I’m pretty sure a lot of you can put your name in the above statement. Today’s Natural Living Tip is just for you and I (^_^). This amazingly delicious dessert smoothie recipe slays my sweet tooth without the unwanted fat and calories and is super nutritious. The secret ingredient…yummy yummy medjool dates! I haven’t stopped eating delicious food (including desserts) I’ve just updated recipes with better healthier ingredients. So grab the ingredients below, a blender, your someone special and enjoy Date Night the dessert smoothie…My Boo loves it <3.

  • 1 1/4 cps Almond Milk
  • 4-5 Large Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds

Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  1. So the Date Night Smoothie grew on me…at first I was like oh it’s not chocalate-y enough the I drank a bit more and BAM!!! I wanted some more!

    I can’t even describe why but I’d like to know if there are other tasty smoothies like this one that I can have!
