JUNE - What's In Season

It’s June which means it’s time to enjoy all the brightly colored, super juicy produce our earthly bodies can possibly stand! My motto for the summer is to get nutrient wasted…you should join me!

There is so much health and vitality waiting for you on the other side of making the decision to add more plant-based meals to your diet. So make the decision and see what all the fuss is about in enjoying the gift of eating produce that is fresh, local and in season. Choosing to eat this way is a magical gift to your body, the environment, the local economy and of course your taste buds. Think about it…would you prefer a bunch of fresh greens just picked from the garden or greens that  have travelled across country in a truck for days?
